Capabilities

    The Billing Agent operates within your governance policies. By default:

  • Send invoice under $1,000: Auto-approve
  • Send invoice $1,000+: Requires approval
  • Process refund: Requires approval
  • Cancel subscription: Requires approval

    The Billing Agent integrates with Stripe for payment processing. Connect your Stripe account in the Integrations page to enable full functionality.
