Trust Tiers

Trust tiers control how much autonomy your AI agents have. SaaSaFast uses DeltaOS governance technology to implement four trust levels.

The Four Tiers

Tier 1: Observe

Agents can read data and suggest actions, but cannot act on their own. All actions require human approval.

Tier 2: Assist

Agents can act, but every action requires human approval before execution.

Tier 3: Act (Default)

Agents can act autonomously within defined policies. Actions outside policy scope require approval.

Tier 4: Delegate

Agents can delegate tasks to other agents and coordinate complex workflows.

Configuring Trust Tiers

Navigate to **Governance** in your dashboard to adjust trust tier settings. Changes take effect immediately for all future agent actions.

Best Practices

  • Start at Tier 2 (Assist) while learning the system
  • Move to Tier 3 (Act) once you're comfortable with agent behavior
  • Use Tier 4 (Delegate) for mature, well-tested workflows
