Governance Policies

Policies define what actions agents can take automatically versus what requires human approval.

Policy Structure

Each policy specifies:

  • **Agent** — Which agent the policy applies to
  • **Action** — The specific action being governed
  • **Approval** — Whether auto-approve or requires human approval
  • **Conditions** — Optional conditions (e.g., "under $1,000")

    • Default Policies

    SaaSaFast comes with sensible defaults for each agent. You can customize these in the Governance section of your dashboard.

    Custom Policies

    Growth and Scale plans can create custom policies. Navigate to **Governance > Policies** in your dashboard to modify.
